摘要: Background: Autoimmune disorders (AID) are emerging non-communicable diseases and understanding their epidemiology could reveal information about clinical characteristics disease management. Objective: To record the different types of arthritis cases attending a tertiary care center study profile rheumatoid cases. Methods: The reported were recorded from both rheumatologic orthopaedic units. Retrospectively data was collected Medical records department. Results discussion: Totally 1481 taken for study. proportion females getting affected with AID high ratio female: male found to be 2.25:1. There around 30 which reported. (RA) (39%), fibromyalgia (13%), spondyloarthropathy (9%), systemic lupus erythematosus (6%), psoriatic Sjogren’s syndrome (5%), reactive osteoarthritis (3%), gout (3%). In sub-group analysis RA patients, female preponderance observed frequent biochemical investigations erythrocyte sedimentation rate factor. C-reactive protein, anti-cyclic citrullinated peptides, vitamin D estimations less frequent. comorbid conditions diabetes hypothyroidism concominant connective tissue disorders, syndrome, fibromyalgia. Medication revealed polypharmacy modifying antirheumatics, glucocorticoids, analgesics non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Conclusion: This provides basic most common. Female preponderance, polypharmacy, may have implications further research on
