Kışlık Ekmeklik Buğday F2 Popülasyonlarının Anter Kültüründe Bitki Rejenarasyonuna Tepkisinin Belirlenmesi

摘要: This study was carried out to determine plant regeneration response of some winter bread wheat F2 population under anther culture conditions. research conducted in 2008-2009 cultivation season Central Research for Field Crops’ Biotechnology Laboratory and 21 populations used as material. Callus + embriyoid number, albino green sterile doubling index success (final success) per 100 criteria were examined this study. Results showed that 15 produced DH plants while 4 only callus 2 negatively responded culture. Response each completely different based on preliminary data. F2-804, 1025, 1037 863 more positively than others Seeds the planted into field order use breeding program.
