摘要: The genetic changes underlying in the development and progression of familial breast cancer are poorly understood. To identify a somatic signature tumor for each group, BRCA1, BRCA2, non-BRCA1/BRCA2 (BRCAX) tumors, by high-resolution comparative genomic hybridization, we have analyzed 77 tumors previously characterized BRCA1 BRCA2 germ line mutations. Based on combination observed at six most different chromosomal regions status estrogen receptor, developed using random forests molecular classifier, which assigns to given probability belong either or class. Because 76.5% (26 34) BRCAX cases were classified with our predictor class >50%, promoter region aberrant methylation all cases. We found that 15 34 had hypermethylation gene. When considered predictor, this epigenetic event assigned >50%. Interestingly, 84.6% (11 13) >80% an promoter. This fact suggests inactivation could modify profile
