摘要: To assess the frequency of haplotypes at t complex loci and their transmission distortion in natural populations house mouse (Mus domesticus) with minimal disruption to social organization, it is important use a technique by which males can be brought into laboratory, bred tester females (T/+), then returned site capture. It would desirable if could field within 24 hrs being captured. Older methods typically require period male retention several weeks, but this compromise conclusions behavioral ecological studies. For example, mice frequently referred marshalling evidence for group selection (Lewontin 1970; Lacy 1978). Yet removal from population weeks alters mating system territorial structure severely disrupt spatial temporal dynamics alleles complex. A new method uses DNA 1 cm biopsy tail haplotype specific probe (Silver, et al. 1984). Whether influences sexual or parental behavior unknown, seems unlikely.
