摘要: Physiological effects of dietary fiber (DF) are the result complex interacting mechanisms between components food which is not digested by endogenous enzymes digestive tract and conditions gastrointestinal environment, such as pH, ionic strength other components. Chemical nature structure each component DF two factor that determine their behaviour in lumen intestinal. This article report main functional properties explain how these responsible physiological developed tract.
