摘要: Abstract Integration of dynamic combinatorial chemistry and scale effect was designed to realize the efficient synthesis bioactive compounds. Synthetic efficiency in esterification reaction significantly improved smaller characteristic scale. Obvious increase yield observed when conducted capillary with diameters. More kinds fatty acid esters were detected fixed bed flow reactor compared results flask. Based on interaction compounds targets, high binding activity intensified along shift equilibrium verified by gas chromatography. Uniform distribution field would be beneficial mixing process, resulting better mass transfer efficiency.
