摘要: The tribbles family of genes encodes pseudokinase proteins that are highly conserved in evolution. Instead direct phosphorylation target proteins, act as adaptors signaling pathways for important cellular processes. These include mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPKK), CCAAT/enhancer-binding (C/EBP), activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) and C/EBP-homologous (CHOP). Trib1 Trib2 have been identified myeloid oncogenes, both may be involved human leukemia. Tribbles also a series non-neoplastic disorders including metabolic neurological diseases. RAS/mitogen-activated (MAPK) pathway molecules (in particular MAPK/ERK 1 (MEK1) C/EBP factors) tribbles-binding leukemogenesis, the role linker between MAPK degradation is proposed. Although molecular function still under investigation, research on processes, homeostasis organisms diseases will provide valuable information therapy cancer well disorders.
