摘要: This study attempts to explore the key factors influence on integrating climate change adaptation into urban planning at local level with special reference Sri Lankan coastal localities. Based reviewed literature, have been discussed in this paper are (i) Decision making power and legal framework, (ii) Financing other resources, (iii) Access localized knowledge, information technical skills, Institutional capacity (iv) Community awareness perceptions. The has synthesized that constraint integration of responses practice; comparison challenges revealed through comprehending literature perceived by practitioners Lanka.
