摘要: To summarize the epidemiology, clinical features, treatment, and outcome of cryptococcal meningitis (CM) in autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) patients to provide a reference for prevention control AIHA complicated with CM, we evaluated five cases CM treated our hospital from 2003 2013 eight related foreign cases. All isolates were Cryptococcus neoformans var. grubii grouped into VNI genotype serotype A. The features exhibit significant features. Headache, nausea, fever are common symptoms CM. early manifestations lack specificity, which may lead delayed diagnosis treatment. Long-term use prednisone (≥15 mg day−1), poor anemia, splenectomy risk factors infection. combination intravenous amphotericin B oral 5-fluorocytosine remains preferred treatment
