摘要: Although entrepreneurial behavior is proposed as part of the solution to fragile labor markets, in particular periods economic and social change, policy makers are struggling find right levers promote it. Despite extant prior research on behavior, little known drivers for individuals working age with experience. Prior explores influence knowledge study experienced evaluating whether or not engage an behavior. This introduces impact experience intention. Based theory planned (TPB), this work analyzes relationship between intention, mediating effects TPB perceptual variables: personal attitude (PA), norm (SN), perceived behavioral-control (PBC). A structural equation model (SEM) has been used analyze responses a sample 431 working-age that completed questionnaire based Linan & Chen’s, Entrepreneurship Theory Practice, 593–618, (2009) Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire (EIQ). The results showed positively influences intention mediated by variables (PA, SN, PBC).
