摘要: A sensor for acetylcholine/choline is described using a tetrathiafulvalene-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TTF-TCNQ) electrode modified with acetylcholine esterase (AChE) and choline oxidase (ChO) enzymes. DC cyclic voltammetry impedance measurements of the enzyme-modified TTF-TCNQ that indicate regeneration at surface are reported. Effective electrochemical rate constants present enzyme calculated expressions derived by Albery et al. (1), which show kinetics as rate-limiting step. The values effective close to those reported Hale Wightman (2). application determination fluorode ion nicotine based on reversible inhibition AChE activity. range detection fluoride found be 5×10-6 5×10-4M.
