摘要: Abstract Microelectrodes constructed with the one-dimensional organic conducting salt TTF-TCNQ as electrode material and modified two enzymes, acetylcholinesterase choline oxidase, are used to selectively detect neurochemically important molecule acetylcholine its metabolite choline. Kinetic analysis of variation current substrate concentration indicates that rate-limiting step in these electrodes is enzyme kinetics. Values for electrochemical rate constant reported conditions saturation defined.
