摘要: Roentgenographic methods have been used to demonstrate causes of precocious sexual development. Included are abnormalities the hypothalamus, adrenal gland, gonads, and extraglandular neoplasms such as teratorna hepatoma. The latter two tumors may secrete androgenic or gonadotropic hormones.Untreated juvenile hypothyroidism in[See Figure in PDF File]girls has occasionally associated with precocity an enlarged sella turcica. returns normal on prolonged thyroid therapy.McCune-Albright syndrome is characterized by females, cafe au lait spots disseminated fibrous dysplasia.
