摘要: Abstract This paper introduces an adaptive three-phase power flow method for smart grids with plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). The proposed is developed based on the loop frame of reference. operations are inherently unbalanced because incomplete feeder arrangements, nonsymmetrical conductor spacing underground cables and overhead lines, loads, a variety distributed energy resources (DERs). Therefore, was actual phase (a–b–c) frame, rather than sequence-component frame. To adapt network topologies grids, two solution strategies used, one radial other non-radial grids. demonstrate validity capability algorithm, four IEEE systems Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) distribution system used as benchmarks comparison purposes. test results show that accurate, efficient, adaptable, it therefore has good potential grid management (EMS) applications.
