摘要: Abstract The tribological behavior of aged Al-Sn-Cu alloy rubbed in the presence lubricant over a range sliding velocities and normal loads was investigated. results showed that peak-aged (PA) had better than under-aged (UA) over-aged (OA) alloys, which could be attributed to optimized strength-ductility matching hardness under PA condition. Wear rate friction coefficient great sensitivity applied velocity load. wear exhibited reduction trend with increase velocity. low at high were due effectively protected film homogeneous Sn on surface. However, an load led obvious increment rate. fluctuant loads. seriously destroyed abraded resulted poor particles includes shear interfacial lubricating layer oxide tribolayer are key alloy.
