摘要: A method for making low emissivity panels, including forming a base layer to promote seed conductive silver layer. The can be an amorphous or nanocrystalline layer, which facilitate zinc oxide growth, together with smoother surface and improved thermal stability. include doped tin oxide, example, Al, Ga, In, Mg, Ca, Sr, Sb, Bi, Ti, V, Y, Zr, Nb, Hf, Ta, any combination thereof. influence the growth of (002) crystallographic orientation in turn serves as template (111).
