摘要: The metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguides are considered best among all plasmonic for propagation of optical signal to deep sub-wavelength scale. In this paper, MIM based Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) is developed. It possesses nonlinear Kerr material in one its linear arm controlling with light intensity. Self phase modulation (SPM) and cross (XPM) processes inside MZI used design novel compact full-adder full-subtractor. Analysis verification proposed devices carried out using FDTD MATLAB simulations.
