摘要: AMP-deaminase (EC 3.5.4.6) is an enzyme responsible for stabilising adenylate energy changes. The properties of this are controlled by various ligands hydrophobic nature. An investigation activity alterations under the influence natural phenolic acids (tannic, ellagic and gallic) which soluble in water, could evidence biological toxicity these compounds. In our study purified isolated from white muscle Cyprinus carpiowas exposed to concentration range 1 50 µM as well tannic acid presence Cu2+ions (5 µM).
