摘要: Initiation of the desmoplastic reaction associated with cancer depends on PDGF (Shao et al., 2000). Similarly, is one most potent chemoattractants and activators fibroblasts, stimulating their differentiation into myofibroblasts, which represent a prominent stromal cell type in carcinomas. Although translocation resulting fusion product between COL1A (which encodes I collagen) dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, no mutations either members family or receptors have been identified However, aberrant signaling has observed carcinomas where it promotes desmoplasia tumor progression (reviewed by Tejada al.,2006), due to increased secretion cells and/or higher levels expression fibroblasts (Ebert 1995). In following chapter, we discuss fibroblast-to-myofibroblast transition how may impact evolution.
