摘要: Background: Human carcinomas not only consist of neoplastic epithelial cells but also tumor stroma, which may play an important role in tumor-progression. Whereas the surrounding stroma is generally believed to represent a reactive component induced by cell derived factors, contribution formation via epithelium-mesenchyme transition during invasion has become novel concept recent years. Materials, Methods and Results: We here show, laser-assisted microdissection, that frequent genetic alterations non-hereditary invasive human colon breast cancers (loss heterozygosity TP53 mutations) occur cells, adjacent fibroblastic both components can share clonal features. Conclusion: Tumor cell-mesenchyme transitions are among possible explanations for these findings could actually vivo.
