摘要: In addition to their well-documented roles in leukemia and lymphoma, cytokines chemokines can directly affect the progression of solid tumors, including carcinomas (1–3). Carcinomas are most frequent human tumors that arise from epithelial cells line inner surfaces organs. The conversion normal cell metastatic tumor is accepted as a multi-stage process requires progressive genetic alterations within has been focus intense investigation over past three decades (4,5). At same time, many other types microenvironment increasingly appreciated components complex biologic network akin an organ system critical for progression, thus may provide new targets cancer therapy (3–5).
