摘要: In the field of human cancer research, even though vast majority attentions were paid to tumor cells as “the seeds”, roles microenvironments soil” are gradually explored in recent years. As a dominant compartment microenvironments, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) discovered correlated with tumorigenesis, progression and prognosis. And exploration mechanisms CAF phenotype transformation would conducive further understand CAFs function cancers. we known that have four main origins, including epithelial cells, endothelial mesenchymal stem (MSCs) local cells. However, researchers found all these origins finally conduct similiar phenotypes from intrinsic extrinsic ones. Thus, what how mechanism can different origins? Two viewpoints proposed try answer quetsion, involving genetic alterations epigenetic modifications. This review will systematically summarize advancement transformations aspect genentic modifications. DOI: 10.3779/j.issn.1009-3419.2015.02.12
