摘要: We have cloned from a cDNA library of neuronal derivatives retinoic-acid-induced embryonic carcinoma cells nuclear receptor that may be involved in the control late neurogenesis and early differentiation. The which is practically identical sequence with germ cell factor, has been designated factor (NCNF). NCNF exclusively expressed PCC7-Mz1 cells, expression beginning within hours exposure to retinoic acid. In developing mouse brain, marginal zones neuroepithelium are known contain young postmitotic neurons. binds DRO there by silencing transcription. Because does not recognize hormone response elements other receptors tested heterodimerize these, it probably as homodimer. induce differentiation repressing activity genes permit fates than one.
