摘要: A study on the specificity of IgA in supernatant Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) transformed lymphocytes obtained from patients with nephropathy is described. Renal biopsy specimens were nine and other glomerular diseases. Mononuclear cells two healthy adults EBV such cell culture was applied to acid (pH 3.2)-treated renal sections same nephropathy, as well those The stained FITC-labeled heavy chain-specific anti-human antiserum then examined a fluorescent microscope. It demonstrated that specifically bound mesangial areas while it did not bind Although samples autologous tissues, about 50% allogeneic nephropathy. concluded by EB virus transformation specific some heterogeneity seen among this disease.
