摘要: An investigation was carried out in order to estimate the biochemical changes occurring bitter orange (Citrus aurantium L.) leaves response melatonin (MEL), gibberellic acid (GA) and salicylic (SA) treatments. We examined effect of MEL, GA SA on essential oil (EO), total phenolic (TPC) flavonoid content (TFC), antioxidant activity from 1-year-old plants. 15 μMMEL, 1 mMSA 1.44 mMGA increased leaf enhanced FRAP DPPH methanolic extracts. Salicylic promoted affected significantly concentration limonene, linalool linalyl acetate.
