摘要: Newcastle disease (ND) is a contagious viral of many avian species particularly domestic poultry, and responsible for devastating outbreaks in the poultry industries around globe. In spite its importance endemicity Southern Asia, data on genetic nature viruses epizootiological information scarce. this study, six isolates from an emerging wave ND north Pakistan two healthy flocks were biologically genetically characterized. Based pathogenicity indices such as intracerebral index (ICPI), mean death time (MDT) cleavage motifs fusion protein, all these classified virulent. Phylogenetic analysis (F), hemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN) matrix (M) genes indicated emergence novel group within lineage 5, distinct previously reported region. Several mutations neutralizing epitopes functionally important F HN pose need re-evaluation currently used vaccine vaccination practices. The characteristics virus (NDV) virulent (F protein site, ICPI MDT) apparently backyard (BYP) explain that BYP can play crucial role epizootiology spread disease. present investigation provides essential NDV circulating implication diagnosis control. Furthermore, investigations emphasize continuous surveillance developing countries.
