摘要: CaV1.2 sparklets are local elevations in intracellular Ca(2+) ([Ca(2+)]i) resulting from the opening of a single or small cluster voltage-gated, dihydropyridine-sensitive channels. Activation is an early event signaling cascade that couples membrane depolarization to contraction (i.e., excitation-contraction coupling) cardiac and arterial smooth muscle. Here, we review recent work on molecular biophysical mechanisms regulate sparklet activity these cells. tightly regulated by cohort protein kinases phosphatases targeted specific regions sarcolemma anchoring AKAP150. We discuss model for control influx via channels which complex formed AKAP79/150, kinase C, A, calcineurin regulates individual also facilitates coordinated activation clusters This results amplification influx, strengthens coupling vascular
