摘要: Aging results in chronic low grade inflammation that is associated with increased risk for disease, poor physical functioning and mortality. Strategies reduce age-related may improve the quality of life older adults. Regular exercise recommended people a variety reasons including increasing muscle mass reducing diseases heart metabolic systems. Only recently has been examined context inflammation. This review will highlight key randomized clinical trial evidence regarding influence training on inflammatory biomarkers elderly. Potential mechanisms be presented might explain why exert an anti-inflammatory effect.
