摘要: Abstract The objective of this paper is to shed some light on the practical state art environmental scanning and forecasting function in organizations. Planners were questioned through a multi-faceted survey findings supported conclusion that organizations have not yet widely developed sophisticated systems integrated their outputs into strategic planning process.
