摘要: An optical coherence-domain reflectometry system provides an interferometer driven by a broadband incoherent light source with the device under test connected to one arm of and movable scanning mirror in other providing reference signal. The moves at controlled velocity produce Doppler shift signal frequency. also includes piezoelectric transducer which modulates phase given frequency, causing further interference is detected measured polarization diversity receiver. A linear polarizer adjusted equal powers each receiver absence reflection from arm. substantially independent state reflected test.
