摘要: Background Although nipple-sharing in unilateral breast reconstruction is no longer a new technique, it offers the potential for an excellent match with contralateral natural nipple. It also particularly useful cases which local flap elevation nipple likely would lead to complications. However, established techniques cannot be applied patients who wish preserve breastfeeding functionality even if technique otherwise considered favorable. To overcome this obstacle, authors devised that does not damage anatomic structure of donor breastfeeding. This report presents as option reconstruction.
