摘要: Novel bisaldehyde-hydrazide Schiff's bases AS1 (2,2'-(ethane-1,2-diylbis(oxy))dibenzaldehyde terephthalohydrazide) and AS2 (N',N'″-(((ethane-1,2-diylbis(oxy))bis(2,1-phenylene))bis(methanylylidene))di(benzohydrazide)) were prepared as new macrocyclic compounds via condensation reactions. had been by between (2,2'-(ethane-1,2-diylbis(oxy))dibenzaldehyde) bisaldehyde terephthalohydrazide in a ratio1:1. obtained benzohydrazide ratio 1:2. The structures of characterized elemental analysis (EA), mass (MS), FT-IR (1)H-NMR spectra, thermal analyses (TG, DTG). activation thermodynamic parameters such ΔE(∗), ΔH(∗), ΔS(∗) ΔG(∗) calculated from the TG curves using Coats-Redfern method. It is important to investigate their molecular know active groups weak bonds responsible for biological activities. Consequently present work, (TA) (MS) practical results are confirmed semi-empirical MO-calculations (MOCS) PM3 procedure. Their activities tested vitro against Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Bacillus subtilis Staphylococcus aurous bacteria order assess anti-microbial potential.
