摘要: Co (II) complex (CMLA) was investigated to evaluate the rate of wound healing in rats. Animals were placed into four groups: gum acacia, Intrasite gel, 10 and 20 mg/ml CMLA. Wounds made on dorsal neck area, then treated with gel or CMLA; both these treatments led faster than acacia. Histology wounds dressed CMLA displayed a smaller scar width, required less time heal showed more collagen staining fewer inflammatory cells comparison vehicle. Immunohistochemistry for Hsp70 TGF-β greater intensity groups compared vehicle group. Bax intense group, suggesting that provoked apoptosis, responsible development granulation tissue scar. CD31 protein analysis enhanced angiogenesis increased vascularization control Furthermore, significant increase levels GPx SOD decrease MDA also observed groups. This results suggest is potentially promising agent treatment.
