摘要: Abstract Collaboration among investigators, centers, countries, and disciplines is essential to advancing the care for traumatic brain injury (TBI). It thus important that we “speak same language.” Great variability, however, exists in data collection coding of variables TBI studies, confounding comparisons between analysis across different studies. Randomized controlled trials can never address many uncertainties concerning treatment approaches TBI. Pooling from clinical studies high-quality observational combined with comparative effectiveness research may provide excellent alternatives a cost-efficient way. Standardization this end.
