摘要: Many attempts to treat aplastic anemia have been stimulate directly or indirectly the production of blood cells by hemopoietic tissue. The majority compounds which used are hormones hormone-analoges. This is easy understand, because for a long time it was assumed that regulation hemopoiesis under hormonal control, and speculated might be disorder regulation. intention this lecture review results such treatments, including two nonhormonal drugs, Cobalt Lithium, discuss what extent clinical consistant with current hypothesis on pathogenesis [27, 7, 33].
