摘要: Online MBA programs have seen a rapid rise in student enrollments recent years and institutions of higher education keen interests offering quality online to meet the demands. The present study reports results case which over 100 students enrolled top-ranked program were interviewed surveyed investigate their perceptions benefits challenges learning suggestions for improving program. It was found that virtual teaming major factor influenced students' experience; they viewed experiences as valuable preparing them increasingly global business environment; at same time, it also served key challenge environment. Students' are discussed well.
