摘要: A short cut review was carried out to establish whether smectite a useful therapy in acute diarrhoea. total of 21 papers were found which five presented the best evidence answer clinical question. The author, date and country publication, patient group studied, study type, relevant outcomes, results, weaknesses these are tabulated. bottom line is that oral appears be effective at shortening duration diarrhoea children with rehydrated rehydration solution.
