摘要: A recently developed airborne method for estimation of leaf area index (LAI) in coniferous forests is used comparing the LAI values summer and winter conditions. The measurements based on a wide-optic camera are carried out when forest floor completely snow covered thus acts as light background image analysis. photographs taken automatically stored laptop during flights. R2 value linear regression between ground-based was 0.97 all plots. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, average difference regression-based estimates 0.08, 90% cases, it smaller than 0.13. corresponding relative differences were 14% 23%. standard deviation measured within plot was, average, same order. winter-time trees estimated to be 24% preceding summer-time values.
