摘要: The energy sector is not only a major driving force of climate change, it also vulnerable to future change. In this paper, we analyze the impacts changes in temperature on heating and cooling services both terms global regional macro-economic eects. For purpose, technico-economic TIMES-WORLD general equilibrium GEMINI-E3 model are coupled with model, PLASIM-ENTS, assess seasonal their consequences economic systems. One main insight analysis absence feedback induced by adaptation system needs, since latter represent limited share total nal consumption emissions, tend compensate each other, at level. However, signicant may be observed levels, more particularly additional power capacity required satisfy new demands. impacts, welfare gains comes from decrease for loss due an increase electricity space cooling. exporting countries gain reduced (or lossed) losses revenue coming less export while non-energy linked needs overcompensate cost consumption.
