摘要: A phonocardiograph was used to investigate factors influencing fetal heart rate in utero. The use of this instrumentation is described. All data recorded were obtained by crude measurements paper tapes or semiautomatically from magnetic and a more sophisticated method reduction presently being developed. Normal mothers submitted various stimuli test their effect on maternal rate. responses inhalation 100% 12% oxygen inconstant. There no response administration epinephrine norepinephrine. Atropine produced vagal blockade tachycardia both the mother fetus. significant time dalay between (e.g. Case 1 130 seconds for 1290 fetus). This such duration as allow drug cross placenta vagus. Cigarette smoking tachycardia. had short delay similar that fright. It may be caused uterine blood flow. accurate parameters normal abnormal gravidas can serve well-being adequacy placental transfer.
