摘要: Abstract The ion transport properties of perovskite-type compounds, La 1/3− x Li 3 TaO , (La 1/4 ) 1− Sr /2 and R (R=La, Nd, Sm, Y), were investigated by d.c. measurement the scaling analysis conductivity spectra. These compounds confirmed to be lithium conductors behave as strong electrolytes. As exponent universal power-law is reasonably related average valence A-site cation, immobile cations seems have an influence on process.
