摘要: Ac conductivity (σac) obtained from admittance of Eu2Zr2O7 and La2Ce2O7, which have pyrochlore- fluorite-type structure, respectively, was measured as a function frequency in the range between 5 Hz 13 MHz temperature 573 1073 K. The dependence σac these oxide-ion conductors showed remarkably different behavior that cation ones. By comparison with other data by dc four-probe impedance spectroscopic methods, it found below 105 strongly influenced space charge polarization at grain boundary high plateau agreed bulk conductivity, σib, spectra σdc.
