摘要: Cancer is the result of a disturbed biological equilibrium that results in uncontrolled proliferation malignant cells accompanied by invasion and destruction surrounding normal tissue. Tumorigenesis initiated genetic susceptibility (DNA mutation inherited from parents), epigenetic influences (environmental stimuli to which organism exposed), or combination both. As tumor develops over time, additional mutations are acquired genome lead increasingly aggressive behavior. However, it important note that, addition molecular alterations occur cells, process progression also significantly influenced tumor—host cell interactions. There body literature supports critical importance stromal other host development cancer (1–6). Investigators who interested determining mechanisms underlie vivo must be aware account for role each individual type plays process. Therefore, depending on goals study, may select methodologies permit selective analysis both neoplastic cells.
