摘要: Relaxant responses to electrical field stimulation (EFS) were investigated in the gastric longitudinal fundus strips from young normal and mdx dystrophic mice, an animal model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. In carbachol (CCh) precontracted EFS elicited brisk relaxant that, depending on frequency, could be followed by a sustained relaxation. mice relaxation was impaired. Smooth muscle direct stimulating agents did not differ amplitude between two groups animals. both N(G)-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA) abolished phase relaxation, without affecting response. alpha-chymotrypsin abolished, preparations, response as well vasoactive intestinal polypeptide. Results suggest defective production/release neurotransmitter responsible for likely nitric oxide, occurs.
