摘要: This study sought to establish a method of quantifying subjective perceptions sleep against life-quality and mood, using amended versions the Pittsburgh diary (PghSD) quality life insomniacs (QOLI) questionnaire. Diaries questionnaires were self-completed in participants' homes. Outpatients with DSM-IV diagnosis major depressive disorder compared healthy control group (with no history, or family depression). Poorer sleepers, as determined by diary, significantly more likely report poorer mood on subsequent Furthermore, depressed reported than group, even though estimates disturbance similar. may indicate that individuals experience 'sleep distress' individuals. These results confirm extent subjectively disruption depression demonstrate merit combining PghSD QOLI quantify perceptions.
