摘要: Increasingly, there is a need in both research and clinical practice to document quantify sleep waking behaviors comprehensive manner. The Pittsburgh Sleep Diary (PghSD) an instrument with separate components be completed at bedtime waketime. Bedtime relate the events of day preceding sleep, waketime period just completed. Two-week PghSD data presented from 234 different subjects, comprising 96 healthy young middle-aged controls, 37 older men, 44 women, 29 adult controls 28 disorders patients order demonstrate usefulness, validity reliability various measures instrument. Comparisons are made polysomnographic actigraphic measures, as well personality circadian type questionnaires. was shown have sensitivity detecting differences due weekends, age, gender, type, agreeing estimates timing quality. Over 12-31 month delay, quality showed correlations between 0.56 0.81 (n = 39, P < 0.001).
