摘要: Increasing evidence suggests that reversible phosphorylation of histidine residues in proteins is important for signaling cascades eukaryotic cells. Recently, the first protein phosphatase (PHP) was identified. The beta1-subunit heterotrimeric G (Gbeta) undergoes on His266 which apparently involved receptor-independent activation. We studied whether phosphorylated Gbeta-subunits are substrates PHP. Phosphorylated Gbetagamma dimers retinal transducin and Gbeta membrane preparations H10 cells (neonatal rat cardiomyocytes) were dephosphorylated by Overexpression PHP showed also interfere within In membranes overexpressing PHP, amount largely reduced. Both our vitro cell studies indicate Therefore, might play a role regulation signal transduction via proteins.
