摘要: Fire blight, caused by the enterobacterium Erwinia amylovora, is a devastating disease of rosaceous plants that has global economic importance for apple and pear production trade. The complete genome E. amylovora CFBP 1430 was sequenced, annotated, compared with genomes other spp. Several singleton shared features were identified offer first view into evolutionary aspects within genus Erwinia. Comparative genomics or clarified virulence fitness determinants secretion systems. Novel insights revealed in hold potential exploitation to improve design more effective fire blight control strategies.
