摘要: The developments and future directions in the investigation design of piezoelectric materials are analyzed. It is shown using concrete examples that, despite clear signs saturation search for new materials, this area continues to be subject intense attention. current requirements piezoelectrics, classes (Sn2P2S6 films, SbSI-based adaptive systems), advanced technologies (films, textures, piezocomposites) considered. experimental data summarized on based lead metaniobate, titanate, antimony sulfoiodide, Bi-containing layered perovskite-like phases porous piezoceramics exhibiting high hydrostatic sensitivity.
