Mn doped hard type perovskite high-temperature BYPT–PZN ternary piezoelectric ceramics

摘要: a b s t r c The undoped perovskite type high Curie temperature (Tc) piezoelectric ceramics usually show rather low mechanical quality factor (Qm) with energy conversion efficiency. In this study, the microstruc- ture and electric properties of Mn doped new ternary ceramic system BYPT-PZN-xMn were investigated. After addition Mn, Qm was significantly increased, while performance showed only slight decrease. At con- tent 1.00 mol%, more than 1200, which is about one order magnitude higher those other ceramics, implying loss material. also enhanced Tc system, depolarization derived from d33 measurement sample best overall per- formance 300 ◦
